If your website is a simple blog/CMS then 2 hours a month is the minimum required to keep you up to date with the latest version of WordPress and provide light support (typically one or two support requests) by email/telephone/text message.

The 4 hour option is the minimum recommended level of service for this kind of website. This includes keeping you up to date with the latest version of WordPress and your shopping cart software, plus your choice of 2 hours development, content production, support, or a simple Mailing List Newsletter.

If you’re serious about developing your online shop then the minimum recommended level of service is 1 Day per month. Include content creation, feature development/enhancement, a targeted marketing campaign or Search Engine Optimisation. The more you invest the more effective your web site will be.

If your website has complex functionality and utilises more than two or three plugins then the maintenance requirements increase accordingly. To keep you up to date the minimum recommended level of support is 1 Day per month. At this level and above all work plans are negotiated on an individual basis.
